Hobby Lobby Case

The United States Supreme Court opinion in the Hobby Lobby case, causes great concern since the Court has decided to get involved in political issues and render decisions based on political beliefs.  Our founding fathers created the Supreme Court with life tenure for the Justices, in order that the Justices would be able to render judgments that were correct regardless of what the political popular view was at the time.  Now the Court has allowed Hobby Lobby a company to impose a religous belief of its owners on its employees.  How can a company have a religous constitutional right?  How can a companies religious constitutional rights superceed the constitutional rights of people?  Regardless of which belief someone has as to the contraceptive issue, this case presents some troubling issues and flawed legal reasoning.
